Dear Pharmacist, On Cipla's 90th year of Caring for Life, we take great pride introducing an exclusive educational initiative
The program is designed exclusively for Pharmacists, keeping in mind practical and patient-facing
challenges.
Program Description
Pharmacists play a vital role in ensuring the efficacy and safety of medications—not just through dispensing but also through active patient engagement and supply chain stewardship.
This educational program is designed to strengthen pharmacist competencies in two critical areas:
- Cold Chain Management – focusing on storage, handling, and monitoring of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.
- Patient Counseling & Medication Adherence – addressing communication techniques, counseling frameworks, and strategies to overcome barriers to adherence.
With growing demand for quality care and accountability in medication outcomes, this program supports pharmacists in their expanded clinical and operational roles.
Intended Audience
- Practicing community, hospital, and clinical pharmacists
- Pharmacy-based quality and compliance professionals
